The Osborne Foam Cutter #1212 is used for cutting foam holes and used in a drill press or with a hand held power drill. Extremely sharp carbonized cutting edge. Easily cuts through foam or fabric. Can easily be used with a standard 1/4" or 3/8" electric drill.
